What is PAF?
PAF stands for Postcode Address File which is licenced by Royal Mail, it is the only complete source of all known UK postcodes containing 2.1 millon postcodes and 28 million UK addresses.

What are the Benefits to me?
PAF ( Postcode Address File) is an invaluable tool for speeding up data entry, address verfications and reducing errors, therefore, saving you money.

How Does It Work?
PAF offers two different levels of searching. The first option returns the full address, including the organisation name and building, from either a post code or an advanced word search. The second and the cheaper of the two will simply return the address record, less the organisation, building and house number, this option is called thoroughfare.

How can I obtain this?
You can obtain either option within Job Tracker Professional itself, by going into Control Panel then clicking the tab marked Address Look Up, Click on the button which will then display a list of options available to you. You will be able to choose from full or thoroughfare, you will also have a range of options to suit your budget, you can purchase annually or by per address file that you use.
