Your Free Period
All new purchases include, a generous, 30 day unlimited,
telephone support. All support calls are to either a lo-call
or normal rate UK based telephone number.
Support is available during normal business hours of 9:00am to
5:30pm Monday to Friday (GMT). Support outside these hours
is available by prior agreement.
The Value of Support
Although your initial investment may be relatively small, the value
of your data will, very quickly, be worth thousands.

On-Going Support
After your free support period has expired there are two options available
for you to acquire technical support.
1) Ad-Hoc Support £65.00 per incident. *
2) Annual Support Contract. Simply £160.00 per year for unlimited
technical support. Covers up to 2 installations. **
£40.00 for each additional licence.
* Payment is required prior to start of support.
** We operate a Fair Use policy, monthly or annual payment
options.
All prices are subject to VAT
Support is available via the Telephone, Email, Fax and Remotely via our virtual
private network.
