By installing Job Tracker Professionl or Job
Tracker Standard you are agreeing to our terms and conditions of sale
and support.
To the extent allowed by local law, this software is provided
to you "as is" without warranties or conditions of any kind,
whether oral or written, express or implied. Sherwin Business Systems
Ltd. specifically disclaims any implied warranties or conditions of merchantability,
satisfactory quality, non-infringement and fitness for a particular purpose.
Custom software modifications, including custom
reports are covered by a 30 day guarantee, subject to agreed specification.
Requests for amendments outside this period is billable at £65.00
ph + VAT
What is not fair use. Multiple calls, emails relating to the same issue that is currently being resolved. Multiple calls, emails relating to an issue that has already been resolved but has re-occured due to your computer setup, re-installation of the software or your own doing.
Calls relating to issues that are outside the scope of Job Tracker, e.g. networking isues, MS Word, MS Excel issues, PC crashing.
We reserve the right to withdraw or refuse renewal of support contracts that we feel are in breech of our fair use policy.
